A British teacher with a wealth of experience, Mr. M. Shaw holds a Masters Degree in Applied Linguistics.  For over a decade he has lived and worked in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, as a professional teacher.  He has taught various levels of English at choice universities and international schools.

Mr. Shaw is a trained IELTS Examiner and he uses his skills and experience to develop hopeful candidates to do well in the IELTS exam.

A co-author of the “IELTS Edge” Program and a teacher of the “Plus 20” Program (Preparation for the TOEFL Test), two specialised approaches designed to maximise students’ test scores, Mr. Shaw helps aspiring candidates meet their true potential whilst preparing for these two important exams. He works out of his study in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia as well as internationally via Skype and other similar types of media.

Born and raised in London, England, Mr. Shaw borrows from his extensive experience and tutors aspiring English students in Jeddah.  He is highly motivated in helping language learners get the skills they need in both speech and writing, so that they may communicate naturally and effectively in a world arena.
